Our partners

At Innogize, we would like to let you know who we partner with and how seriously we take your data and privacy. We sometimes store some data with our partners, which puts them under the heading of "processors" or "sub-processors" according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We mean it when we say that we take your privacy and that of your customers seriously. That's why we've agreed with our partners to take your data as seriously as we do.

Processor & subprocessor

  • amazon

    Amazon plays a role in our "behind-the-scenes" setup. Although we don't send personal data to these tools, we can't say with certainty that they never get anything. So, we have agreed with them to watch our data carefully.

    We use Google Analytics within Innogize. Again, although we don't send personal data, we do want them to be careful. So, we have agreed with them to be careful with our data.

  • hetzner

    Hetzner is part of Innogize's structure. They have data centers in Germany and Finland.

  • mailersend

    For sending emails from Innogize, we use Mailersend. We use Mailersend's European data center.

    Previder is also used within the Innogize family. Their data centers can only be found in the Netherlands.

  • sentry

    Sentry is our hero when it comes to debugging our apps. We don't actively give them data, but we can't guarantee that they never receive anything. So, we have agreed with them that they handle our data carefully.

  • google workspace

    For all our emails, files, calendars and online meetings, we rely on Google Workspace. We don't store personal data in these tools, but sometimes data can accidentally get into them through emails. That's why we have an agreement with Google Workspace to keep everything clean.

Processors

  • adyen

    Adyen handles payments for Innogize. To do that, they need access to some personal data to properly process your payments.
