In many organizations, the focus is on quality, and there is nothing wrong with that in the first place. When coming up with new ideas for successful innovations, it is sometimes necessary to let go of this focus. If you judge ideas and initiatives solely on quality, you block originality. Posting a challenge/challenge on our platform is easy: Post your question, provide some additional information, possibly complete it with images or a video, and provide one or more prizes for the best ideas submitted.

Do you have an innovative idea to solve business challenges? Join us! Participants can submit as many ideas and solutions as they want, as long as they meet our guidelines. You can submit ideas, even without an account, in as little as 20 seconds. Handy to quickly check open challenges while you're on the road or waiting a while, for example.

Participants will have a chance to win great prizes, vote and apply
Do you have an account? Show companies that your ideas are valuable. Maybe they'll invite you to work with them! You also have a chance to win great prizes that companies make available for their challenges. These can range from cash prizes to exclusive company tours and from promotional items to weekend getaways. In addition, your achievements are tracked in rankings, so you can see how you perform compared to other participants on the platform. Who knows, you might even get a spot in our wall-of-fame! Companies select the most promising ideas
Using our handy selection tools, you can filter the abundance of ideas and keep only the best ideas. Companies see only the submitted ideas and the reasoning behind them, making the selection of the best idea fair. All generated data is kept as valuable knowledge in our database and can be downloaded in an Excel file. Companies can use this data as they see fit.

Participants will be notified
Once companies have finished selecting the best entries, all participants will receive an update on their entry. If you are among the winners, you will receive an email with instructions on the follow-up process for your prize won.
